For Nancy Lambert Bollin, real estate has always been about
people—their dreams, families, challenges, and sense of home.

Licensed in Florida since 1995, Nancy is a full-time Florida
Broker Associate and award-winning real estate professional who brings decades
of experience and deep Southwest Florida community knowledge to every client.

Nancy is proud to be associated with Century 21 Tropical
Breeze Realty. Her dedication has earned honors including the Century 21 Ruby
Masters Award, Emerald Award, Pacesetter Platinum Award, and Million-Dollar
Club membership, but her greatest reward is helping clients reach their goals.

Nancy’s success is grounded in experience and ongoing
education, including Sandler Sales Institute programs and a Florida Bar
Association Accredited Paralegal Degree program focused on Real Estate Law.

Her background also includes construction industry experience
in Naples and certification through the National Certified New Homes Sales
Professional program, giving her insight into construction, new home sales,
contracts, marketing, negotiation, and transaction details.

Before real estate, Nancy built a strong foundation in
sales, marketing, communications, and service, working with the Associated
Press and Clear Channel Radio and helping launch a nonprofit supporting
families and children in need.

Her commitment to service continued through her family’s
real estate business in Ohio, where she participated in community programs focused
on schools, neighborhoods, affordable housing, cultural diversity, predatory
lending education, Bridges Out of Poverty, and Getting Ahead.

Through the Lucas County Family Council and National Fair
Housing Department, Nancy helped support affordable housing efforts, grant
writing, and Mission Driven Investment initiatives.

One defining experience was helping save an active-duty
military client’s home from foreclosure under the Soldiers and Sailors Act—an
example of Nancy’s commitment to standing beside clients when it matters most.

That same spirit of service guides her real estate work today.

Nancy knows selling a home takes more than a yard sign. With
Century 21 Tropical Breeze Realty, she uses modern marketing tools and social
media to give listings broad exposure and connect properties with buyers.

Technology is only part of her approach. Nancy believes successful
real estate depends on communication, trust, preparation, and personal
attention, supported by decades of experience.

Away from work, Nancy enjoys golfing, boating, and walking
in Florida’s beautiful weather—part of the Southwest Florida lifestyle she
loves sharing with others.
